Stunning House for 10 Guest: Luxury and Spacious

Impressed! Our yearly Florida vacay for Famiky if 5 and I decided to give Airb&b a chance and so glad I did —lucky to have found this place. Amazing stay experience : clean, fun, comfortable, and safe neighborhood. This townhouse matched the pictures and as described. The host is truly amazing, very friendly and responsive to my questions— within minutes. We encountered a tiny issue with the PS5 not connecting, our host had that fixed immediately. The clubhouse -pool, restaurant, and arcade were fun and only 1-2 min away from the townhouse by car. Parks and restaurants just a short drive. Absolutely no issues at all. We had so much fun!

I want to start off by saying the communication with Top Stay (I believe they manage this property) was great. They responded quickly to questions and requests, which we appreciated so much. The townhome is new, the house is nice, and the rooms were clean. We really enjoyed the hot tub and game room. That said, if you're actually spending time at the Airbnb and not just sleeping there between park days, you'll notice what's missing is attention to detail. The screened-in porch had so many bugs and webs that we had to let the host know. They sent someone over quickly to clean it, and Maria was so sweet. There were dirty dishes and utensils in the cabinets, one bowl even had a giant lollipop in it. One cooking pan leaked, the couch pillow was dirty, and there were no throw blankets downstairs. Only minimal/travel-size products were provided. Overall, it just needs some small adjustments. We shared our concerns with the host, who was receptive. Our group still enjoyed our time/stay.

Wonderful home for two adults, one toddler and one puppy. Close enough to Legoland and close to Disney. My son loved the game room. We had difficulty finding the place based on the instructions in the welcome text (don't put the community name into Google Maps as instructed LOL) but I think it had to do with the community being new construction. Host was responsive and very helpful. We would stay again. Thank you!
