I am sharing this feedback as I would want to know if I were the owner, in the hope that it helps the business improve. However, the house is not in suitable condition for rental. Throughout the property, there are significant signs of neglect: mattresses are highly deteriorated, furniture is stained, and many things are broken. The kitchen is not fully equipped as advertised; the utensils and cookware were in poor condition and not hygienic. We also found mold in the master shower and a loose smoke detector. While the host was responsive, the property was not ready to receive guests. These are basic standards expected in a rental. Due to the state of the house, I would not return, even at a lower rate. I hope this helps bring the property to standard." (4/5)
