Amazing 6 BD House - Private Pool

This place was great and very large for our party size. It’s a bit of a drive from the parks but it was nice to be able to get away from that and come back to a quiet neighborhood. We brought toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags with us, but had we not I think it would be helpful to bring extra as the number of days we were there. What was provided was not enough, the pool was so nice, however we didn’t end up even using it due to us being gone to the parks for most of the time. The only complaint I have was about the entry to the actual celebration point. It is imperative that you check in at their MAIN entrance first to avoid the headache of doing everything beforehand on the site and still having issue of system not letting us in. But all of that can be avoided by just going to main check in with celebration point. That is no fault of Top Stay and it truly was SOOOOOOOO spacious and that was the best thing about the place. Would recommend and would honestly stay again!

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival, the house had a strong musty smoke smell throughout. The upstairs carpet was old, worn, and had a noticeable odor. Several pieces of furniture looked dingy and also carried an unpleasant smell, which made the home feel unclean and poorly maintained. More concerning was that the back door locking mechanism was broken, which raised safety concerns for our family. We attempted to address these issues shortly after check-in, but communication was frustrating. We later realized that Top Stay is not even based in the United States, which made resolving problems even more difficult. Unfortunately, we had already spent a substantial amount of money on Disney tickets and had limited options at that point, so relocating wasn’t realistic. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, Top Stay was extremely difficult to deal with and accused our family of being dishonest about the condition of the home, which was both upsetting a
